Every day, I leverage Claude, Dust, and NotebookLM to do more at scale across my Customer Success organization. These aren't just experiments; they're embedded in how my team operates.
I co-developed the internal AI agent used across our GTM teams globally. It connects to internal Google Drive, Snowflake, Slack, product documentation, call transcripts and CSM email and calendar accounts. Teams use it for over 40 discrete functions including in-depth customer-facing reporting, and detailed use case recommendations with step-by-step technical implementation. A few of my favorites:

At home, AI is a creative adventure. My daughters voice record their ideas for games they want to create, describing characters, rules, and mechanics in their own words. Then we bring those games to life together using Claude Code.
It's part game design, part imagination exercise, and entirely theirs. They're learning to think in sequence and detail, articulating what they want clearly enough for Claude to build it. The result? Custom games nobody else in the world has played, designed by kids who haven't written a single line of code.
It feels like absolute magic to them, and I love watching their faces light up as they play their creations together.
