The Family Ski Highlight Reel
With Claude Cowork, I built a macOS app to turn GoPro ski footage from my family trips into polished highlight reels — automatically.
Instead of spending hours scrubbing through video, the app does it all:
- AI-powered clip selection analyzes every segment of footage and picks the best moments — kids skiing at speed, good turns, action in frame — while skipping chairlifts, standing around, and empty slopes
- Beat sync matches clip transitions to the rhythm of the background music so cuts feel natural and intentional
- Smart clip merging combines consecutive action sequences into variable-length clips instead of rigid fixed-length cuts
- One-click music mixing layers a soundtrack under the original audio with balanced volume and a smooth fadeout
The whole workflow is simple: import footage, click Analyze & Build, review what the AI picked, and export. What used to take an evening of manual editing now takes a few minutes.

Every day, I leverage Claude, Dust, and NotebookLM to do more at scale across my Customer Success organization. These aren't just experiments; they're embedded in how my team operates.
I co-developed the internal AI agent used across our GTM teams globally. It connects to internal Google Drive, Snowflake, Slack, product documentation, call transcripts and CSM email accounts. Teams use it for over 40 discrete functions including in-depth customer-facing reporting, and detailed use case recommendations with in-depth technical step-by-step implementation. Personal AI
Dad + Daughter Game Studio
At home, AI is a creative adventure. My daughters voice record their ideas for games they want to create, describing characters, rules, and mechanics in their own words. Then we bring those games to life together using Claude Code.
It's part game design, part imagination exercise, and entirely theirs. They're learning to think in sequence and detail, articulating what they want clearly enough for Claude to build it. The result? Custom games nobody else in the world has played, designed by kids who haven't written a single line of code.
It feels like absolute magic to them, and I love watching their faces light up as they play their creations together.
